How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the App by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us at lv.vc.ventures@gmail.com to request account deletion.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions. Select WeddingBudget and choose Cancel.

How do I request a refund?

Since all purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to them. Visit Apple's Report a Problem page or Google Play's refund request page for assistance.

Can I share my budget with my partner?

Yes! WeddingBudget allows couple collaboration. You can invite your partner from the App settings, and both of you will have real-time access to view and edit your wedding budget.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Your data is stored securely on servers in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) with row-level security to ensure only you can access your information.

How do I export my data?

You can export your wedding budget data as a PDF report from within the App. Go to Settings > Export Data to generate and download your complete budget summary.

What currencies are supported?

WeddingBudget supports multiple currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, ILS, and more. You can set your preferred currency in the App settings.

How do I opt out of personalized ads?

On iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track". On Android: Settings > Google > Ads > enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
